EL AL REPORTS Q3 RESULTS
TEL AVIV, El Al said it is to finish the third quarter with profits of about $5 million. An airline senior official said the profit was made possible by "strongly adjusting" expenditures to lower revenue levels. The measure to cut costs included a reduction in flight hours and an adjustment of capacity on each flight.
