CHECHNYA TO CREATE ITS OWN AIRLINE
MOSCOW, Chechen authorities announced a plan to set up an airline in the republic. The carrier, named "Vainakh-Avia”, will be based in the Severny airport in Khankala. The Federal Budget has already allocated about $1 million to reach the goal.
