EU APPROVES BELGIAN GOVERNMENT'S PLAN TO SAVE SABENA

BRUSSELS, The European Union gave the approval to the Belgian government's plan to give Sabena a short-term loan of 125 million euros as it does not contravene competition rules. European commissioner de Palacio said "All the commissioners unanimously gave their agreement to the proposal made".
