ROLLS-ROYCE TO CUT 3500 JOBS
LONDON, Rolls-Royce is to shed 3500 jobs due to the downturn in the aviation industry after the terrorist attacks in Usa. Jobs are at risk at the company's Derby plant and in Usa and Germany. Rolls-Royce is expected to announce the cuts tomorrow after a board meeting. The airline should also finalise a trading statement.
