RUSSIAN AIRSPACE ALLOWED TO HUMANITARIAN FLIGHTS ONLY

MOSCOW, RUSSIA, According Russian defense minister Sergei Ivanov, the Russian airspace is allowed only to humanitarian flights, with exclusion of combat aircrafts. Ivanov underlined the situation of cooperation created between USA and Russia.
