TEL AVIV, Israeli authorities decided to suspend take-offs of foreign flights from Ben Gurion Tel Aviv airport after it emerged that Israelis were on board the Sibir plane exploded in mid-air before plunging into the Black Sea. Putin has promptly launched a probe to determine the cause of the accident.
