UNITED AIRLINES REPORTS SEPTEMBER TRAFFIC

CHICAGO, United Airlines (NYSE: UAL - news) today reported that the company flew 31.5 percent fewer revenue passenger miles (RPMs) in September versus the comparable month in 2000.
