LUFTHANSA FORECASTS INCREASE IN TICKET PRICES

FRANKFURT, Lufthansa said a significant increase in ticket prices and cargo rates would be inevitable due to the increase of costs caused by tighter security requirements and the drastic rise in insurance premiums. In addition, the airline is to suspend five routes, Frankfurt-Paris Orly, Frankfurt-Valencia, Hamburg-London Stansted, Dusseldorf-Moscow, Dortmund-Copenhagen.
