FINMECCANICA IN TALKS WITH EUROPEAN INDUSTRIES TO FORM JOINT-VENTURE

ROME, Italian Finmeccanica has opened talks with french Thales and Alcatel to form joint-ventures in the aerospace industry. In addition, the group wishes the negotiations with Eads to be succesful by the of the year. The new joint-venture with Eads would combine military and civil programs.
