US AIRWAYS TO CUT SCHEDULED SERVICE AND TRIM WORKFORCE

NEW YORK, US Air President and Chief Executive Rakesh Gangwal the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) that it plans to cut its scheduled service by about 20 to 25 percent and trim jobs following the attacks. Schedule cutbacks will be announced tomorrow. No further details were released.
