DELTA CUTS PASSENGER CAPACITY BY 20 PERCENT
ATLANTA, Delta Air Lines said it operated 82 percent of its normal daily schedule on Sunday. The airline invited passengers to minimise baggage if possible and arrive at airports at least two hours early. In addition, Delta said it would cut passenger capacity by 20%. Many other airlines were forced to slash the scheduled service.
