SAS: PASSENGER TRAFFIC UP IN AUGUST

SCANDINAVIA, Scandinavian Airlines System's passenger traffic (RPK) showed an overall increase of 7,6% in August 2001 vs. August 2000. The number of passengers increased by 4,2%. Overall capacity (ASK) rose by 10,9% and passenger load factor decreased by 2,1%.
