RUSSIA INCREASES ARMS SALE
NOVOSIBIRSK, Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov told the press in Novosibirsk today that arms sales is increasing in Russia, adding that combat aircraft accounts for 65% to 70% of Russian arms exports, Interfax news agency said.
