BOMB THREAT DELAYS CATHAY'S FLIGHT
HONG KONG, The departure of a Cathay Pacific Boeing 777 en route to Bahrain was delayed after a passenger who was refused a drink while the plane was still on the runway threatened to blow up the plane with an explosive device inside his baggage. The man was taken into custody. The plane was searched but no explosive was detected. The flight was delayed by an hour and 28 minutes,
