VIRGIN EXPRESS SUES SABENA
BRUSSSELS, Virgin Express has taken Belgian Airline Sabena to court over a seat allocation regarding an agreement to purchase 96 seats on its flights out of Brussels. The deal was signed in 1999, but lately Sabena tried to negotiate with Virgin to reduce its allocation to 80 seats on Brussels-Rome and Brussels-Barcelona flights, and to 85 seats on the Brussels-London route due to its financial straits....
