USA, The biggest airline merger proposal in US aviation history between United Airlines and US Airways could be decided by US Justice Department whicxh have to decide if the proposed merger has a chance of beating America's anti-trust laws or whether the government will block the deal. United, if it decides to terminate the deal, must pay to US Airways a USD50m breakup fee.
