VARIG DIVIDES INTO THREE HOLDINGS
BRASIL, Varig's president, Osires Silva, is planning to divide the brasilian airline into three different holdings to provide it a higher competitive power and the opportunity to look for various partnership. The three holdings, VARIG, VPSC E VPTA, will be officially presented within the end of September.
