DUBLINO, Irish Ryanair said it will start a new service from Dublin to Edinburgh on August 30. The route will raise a new copetition with british no frills rival's Go, which last week announced it was going to fly the same service. Ryanair added the new route, due to the fact that BAA had given it a discounted landing charge rate, should add 200.000 Scottish passengers.
