CATHAY MAY RELINQUISH ITS STAKE IN DRAGONAIR

HONG KONG, Cathay Pacific may sell its 35% stake in Dragonair to be allowed to fly to China, in exchange, the Sing Tao Daily reported. China National Aviation is the main shareholder in Dragonair and it could be the buyer. Dragonair would hope to start a new service to Taiwan.
