ALITALIA: CDA APPROVA MEMORANDUM D'INTESA CON AIR FRANCE

ROMA, Il cda dell'Alitalia ha approvato il "memorandum of Understanding" per avviare il negoziato in esclusiva con l'Air France, conferendo a Francesco Mengozzi il mandato a procedere con il progetto. La trattativa dovrebbe concludersi entro un mese. Il contenuto dell'intesa rimarrà per ora riservato.
