TUPOLEV CRASHED YESTERDAY (4): RUSSIA WILL NOT GROUND TU-154

MOSCOW, Vladimir Rudakov, head of the flight safety supervision office in the Russian Transportation Ministry, said Tu-154's flights will not be banned after yesterday's air crash. "We do not doubt the plane's reliability", added.
