SWISSAIR TALKS WITH SABENA BREAK DOWN

ZURICH, The talks between Swissair and Sabena have broken down. Swissair had promised to buy a stake in the toubled belgian airline, but talks reached a deadlock. Swissair yesterday said it is too sell Air Littoral to to the French airline's former chief executive, Marc Dufour.
