Air China will sell its shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange

Flag carrier Air China announced it will list on Shanghai Stock Exchange on August 22 and it has already started talks with potential investors on the pricing of its initial public offer, which is expected to raise USD 1bn. Up to 1.175 billion shares will be sold to institutional investors this Thursday and Friday on Kong Kong Stock Exchange, with a further 350 million going to strategic investors....
