AERIS TO MAKE OFFER TO TAKE OVER AOM/AIR LIBERTE'

FRANCE, French charter airline Aeris said it will make an offer to buy Aom/AIr Liberté. In a statement, it underlined that the offer is to be made before June 29 and the continuity of operations would be assured from July 9.
