EU Justice Court: Air France-KLM merger is legitimate

Luxembourg, Luxembourg - easyJet's petition is rejected

British low-cost airline, easyJet, had made a petition against European Commission’s decision to declare Air France and KLM concentration compatible with common market. The first degree Justice Court of Luxembourg has confirmed EU Commission’s decision today and has rejected easyJet’s petition: the Air France-KLM merger is fully legitimate.
