Rothschild fixed the price of Bae Systems' Airbus share

Amsterdam, The Netherlands - EADS will have to pay EUR 2.75 billion

Rothschild investment bank fixed yesterday the price that EADS will have to pay to BAE Systems to purchase its Airbus share. It is EUR 2.75 billion, an amount that will have to be approved by BAE’s shareholders. BAE Systems and EADS decided to ask the help of Rothschild bank because of the absence of an agreement between the two parts (see for details AVIONEWS).
