BOMBARDIER EARNINGS UP 24% IN SECOND QUARTER

CANADA, Bombardier saw a 24 per cent rise in second quarter earnings. The canadian industry said those profits were due to buoyant aerospace operations. Net income rose to US$142.2 million.
