ILFC LEASING 8 BOEING JETLINERS

SEATTLE, International Lease Finance Corporation has placed order for 8 Boeing: six 737 jets with Dutch carrier Transavia Airlines and two widebody 777's with brazilian Varig. The 737s will be powered by CFM56-7B engines and will be delivered in 2002 and 2003; the 777s will have GE90-90B engines and will be delivered next year.
