LAB could suspend its operations today
La Paz, Bolivia - If it does not settle its debts for aircraft insurances
Lloyd Aereo Boliviano (LAB), the airline which is controlled by State for 48% of its share package and by private investors for the rest, risks to close down. The Director of Bolivian Civil Aviation (DGCAC), Javier Garcia, made known that the carrier must conclusively suspend its operations, if it does not pay deadlines of aircraft insurances within today.
