Bombardier: an USD 84m order by Tassili Airlines

Montreal, Canada - Four 70-seat passenger airplanes

Canadian aeronautic manufacturer, Bombardier, signed an USD 84m contract to supply four 70-seat passenger aircraft to Tassili Airlines, an affiliate of Sonatrach, Algerian State-owned energy group. Airbus and ATR had been in the running for the order too. The four planes will be delivered between July and October 2007.
