Antitrust sentenced Wind Jet to pay a EUR 5100 sanction because of a 2005 advertising campaign where the Catania-based carrier had published telephone fares which were exclusive of VAT for its call center services. The Authority judged the advertising information as not much transparent, as they did not permit clear and immediate understanding of the real price customers should have paid.
