Osaka, Japan - A recent poll says that

A poll by Skytrax research company concerning the term between September 2005 and May 2006 stated that Osaka airport, Japan, is the first in the world in passenger welcome systems and in sanitary facilities cleanliness. In the total ranking the air station designed by Renzo Piano is at fourth position, after Singapore, Hong Kong and Munich.
