ATR will supply 10 aircraft to Aer Arann

Dublin, Ireland - The aircraft chosen by the carrier is the ATR-72-500

Today it was signed an agreement between Irish regional carrier Aer Arann and ATR (an industry owned by Alenia Aeronautica and EADS). The announcement of the agreement was given by the two industry officials during a press conference in which there was also Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern. The value of the contract is of EUR 180 million, the most important never signed by a private Irish carrier....
