A MIG-21 Russian-made jet fighter owned by Vietnamese Air Force fell this morning at about 9:30 am (local time) in Binh Dinh province, central Vietnam. The aircraft had landed few minutes before for training, when some technical problems (still to be cleared) forced the two pilots to leave the plane parachuting to safety.
