FRANKFURT, GERMANY, Germany flag airline Lufthansa AG give up its consociate for ground services GlobeGround GmbH to Penauille Polyservice SA in two parts: the first has been immediately acquisited, the rest will be acquisited for the end of June. The transaction worth 370 EURm.
