ATA Airlines out from Chapter 11
Indianapolis, USA - Company's financial and business' position improved
US low-cost air carrier ATA Airlines made known today that it had officially emerged from Chapter 11, the law that in USA protects the companies in bankruptcy. The airline fell under Chapter 11 protection in 2004, and during this period improved its commercial and business’ position at the point that just on last January 31 US Bankruptcy Court’s confirmed its plan of reorganization.
