NORTHWEST AIRLINES MAY LOAD FACTOR DIPS 2.7% IN MAY
MINNEAPOLIS, Northwest Airlines Corp. said on Tuesday that its system-wide load factor for May dropped 2.7 points from a year earlier. The airline reported a load factor, an industry measure of the usage of its passenger and cargo capacity, of 76.7 percent compared with 79.4 percent a year earlier. Northwest shares closed at $26.29 at the end of Nasdaq trading on the Nasdaq.
