THREE BILLION FRANCS OFFER FOR AOM/AIR LIBERTE'
PARIS, FRANCE, Management of AOM/Air Liberte are sceptical for the surprise bid worth three billion francs (about USD388m)from a London-based British investment group called AITI Holding lauched for regional French airline acquisition. The airline, owned by Swissair group, formerly SAirGroup, which is actively searching for a buyer, appeared cautious about the British bid.
