Al-Sharqiya: Syria has its first own private carrier
Damascus, Syria - Other nine operators have requested to the local aeronautical authorities to fly
Its name is Al-Sharqiya, the first Syrian private carrier to fly in the Middle East’s skies. Other nine airlines have requested to the Syrian aeronautical authorities the authorization to operate from and to Syria. In the meantime the Al-Sharqiya is serving its routes for Egypt, UAE and Turkey.
