"Galileo": the frequencies will be assigned shortly

Paris, France - ESA's General Director, Jean Jacques Dordain, declared it

During a press conference held yesterday, ESA (European Space Agency) General Director, Jean Jacques Dordain, reported that the communications with Giove-A satellite are working very well and shortly the first frequencies could be assigned. Giove-A satellite has been launched last December 28 (see for details AVIONEWS); for April 30 is expected that one of experimental second satellite, Giove-B.
