Airports of Rome sold its shareholding in ACSA

Rome, Italy - The press release of the company

"The group Airports of Rome, controlled by Gemina, has sold its 20% of the indirect shareholding (at the top of two African firms of right fully owned by ADR) in African company ACSA for EUR 214m. As result of the sale, ADR realized a capital gain worth EUR 65m".
