China Eastern Airlines ordered 4 B-737NG jets

Shanghai, China - They will be delivered in August 2007 and October 2008

Private carrier China Eastern Airlines communicated to have issued an order to acquire 4 B-737NG jets for a price of USD 227m. Aircraft will be delivered in two tranches, the first one in August 2007 and the second in October 2008. While the number of Airbus’ deliveries to Chinese carriers is expected rise to 78 in 2006.
