Alitalia on the capital increase: final results of the offer

Rome, Italy - This operation has been concluded successfully

Alitalia unveiled that all the shares have been accepted regarding the capital increase operation. So, such a step proved fully successful. Also the remaining 7,401,316 shares were involved. So, capital rose up to more than a EUR 1bn. Italian Ministry of Economy signed for more than a 48% share so that such a stakeholder has lowered its ownership in Alitalia.
