The Macquarie Airports has obtained yesterday the okay by European Commission for acquiring, at price of 2,000 Danish crown, Koebenhavns Lufthavne’s shares, the Copenhagen’s airports management society. Currently, the Macquarie Airports investment trust, controlled by Macquarie, holds 14,7% of the Koebenhavns Lufthavne’s capital stock.
