Palermo Attorney took delivery, concerning the investigation on the ATR-72 Tuninter accident, documents by which the Italian-French consortium ATR would have "recommended" airlines operating the ATR-42s and the ATR-72s to start proper modifications to devices related to fuel reserve indicator.
