Alitalia. Treasury: "We have granted our cum rights"

Rome, Italy - Italian Economy Ministry's statement

Italian Economy Ministry informed it has granted its own cum rights for underwriting Alitalia new shares appertaining to the Ministry which intends to dilute its stake in the airline to 49.9%. Deutsche Bank placed 26.6 million of its rights and the Ministry raised approximately EUR 13.3m from the operation.
