PASSENGERS RISE AT BRITISH AIRPORT IN 2000
LONDON, Civil Aviation Authority's report showed a 7% increase in the number of passengers handled by british airports in 2000. The fastest-growing airport was Liverpool, with a 52% rise in passengers due to EasyJet expansion. Traffic at Heathrow grew by 4%.
