European Court denied the transfer of personal details to US authorities (2)
Brussels, Belgium - European Parliament decided for an appeal
One must appeal after the Court’s sentence. EU Commission’s press office reacted with a no comment but then expressed as above mentioned. EU Parliament members instead commented in a different manner such as in the case Liberal-Democrats: it would a victory because European citizens’ data are not properly protected.
