European Parliament likely to approve the Regulation proposal on the EU "Black List" tomorrow

European Commission will set common rules and each state member, on the basis of such rules, will set the prospective black list. A list which will be notified to EU authorities that will release a European common list, with a three months update, or under request by a single state member.
