Rome, Italy - Fintecna acquired in the meantime a 40% stake in AZ Service

Alitalia can take advantage of a capital increase worth up to EUR 1bn with stakes with a value of EUR 0.80 each. In the meantime, Fintecna acquired a 49% share in AZ Servizi with a capital rise worth EUR 92m.
